Politics and Parliament
We deal with the legal bases that govern the fundamental elements of politics in Brazil. The Constitution establishes the principles and structures of the political system, while politics, especially electoral law, regulates the processes of elections, ensuring democratic participation.
Our work includes:
- Filing, advising and representing clients in constitutional actions before the Federal Supreme Court and the Courts of Justice;
- Drafting, analyzing and monitoring bills, parliamentary rules of procedure, committee opinions, requests and legislative reports;
- Filing lawsuits to defend the fundamental rights of various entities;
- Drafting opinions on the constitutionality, legality and legitimacy of legal rules and administrative acts;
- Advice, monitoring and representation in parliamentary committees, government working groups, public administration bodies, government councils and international organizations.
